Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Details

We will honor requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of their purchase, but will not cancel orders past 24 hours from when they are placed.

We accept returns of unworn jewelry in its original condition and packaging, and buyer must pay return shipping if a return is requested. If you do not contact us within three days of delivery, we will not issue refunds, grant returns, or mail replacements. If you're unhappy with your item once it is received, please let us know immediately so we can try to resolve any issue. Due to the nature of these specially handmade items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized items except in the extremely rare case of damage during shipping. 

All items are handmade, and therefore some small imperfections/inconsistencies (that fall within a normal range for a handmade item) may occur. Examples of these may include very small bubbles, slight variances of color from what appears on screen, slight variance in drop length, or other small marks that in no way affect the functionality or overall aesthetic appeal of an item. Baroque pearls often have natural blemishes, and the pearls you receive won't look exactly the same as the ones you see on the screen (that's the beauty of them!)

If you lose an earring, please contact us for the option to purchase one single earring to match the lost one. 

Many styles of earrings may be fragile and delicate, and must be handled with care -- which means that if you bend the parts, scratch the surface, or pull roughly on the components, they may break. Gold-filled wire and earring posts in particular are easily bent due to the inherent malleability of gold. We implore you to handle and store every piece carefully, but if something does break, please let us know! We are happy to replace (if possible) or repair your well-loved Elysian Theory pieces.

We are not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once it is dropped off, or if a package is lost by USPS, and will not give refunds on this basis. Once an item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for issues that may be caused by USPS, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc. Please see the "shipping" paragraph for further information.

  

Shipping

Processing times (the amount of time from when your order is received to when it's shipped) vary from item to item, so please read each individual item description for more information. Made-to-order styles have a standard processing time of 14 business days, but certain items have a longer 3-4 week processing time, since they are made using cast pieces that are ordered in small batches from a casting company. Processing time does NOT include the shipping time, which is usually an additional 2-4 days (for domestic locations).

During checkout you will have the option to choose USPS first class shipping (2-4 days), priority shipping (1-3 days), or priority express overnight. Orders over $50 ship for free (using first class or ground shipping). If you need an order delivered before a specific date, please send us a message before placing the order, and we will try our best to get it to you by that date if possible. 

We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for international orders, and are not responsible for delays caused by USPS once an order is shipped.
